Zimny Receives Store Support Center MVP Award

APH named Jo Zimny as the recipient of the 2022 Store Support Center MVP award. She was recently recognized during an awards banquet at APH’s annual Winter Conference at the River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Zimny is a payroll and human resources specialist at APH’s store support center in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She has been a part of the team since 2017.

Each year, Auto Value regional and store managers across the Midwest have the opportunity to nominate a store support center team member they believe deserves the award.

Jarvis Ruthven, regional manager at APH, commented, “Jo handles her workload without a complaint and with a great attitude. She always returns calls and emails in a timely manner, which truly shows how much she cares about her job and teammates. The store operations team couldn’t do their jobs as effectively or efficiently without her.”

Joan Pauly, human resources manager at APH, added, “Jo has a customer service mindset, does not get frazzled and treats employees with respect. She is thoughtful and considerate and is always thinking of others and the impact it would have if she was away during a busy time. Simply put, we are very lucky to have her. On behalf of everyone at APH and its network of stores, we would like to congratulate Jo on receiving this well-earned award.”

When not busy with payroll or other human resources duties, Zimny enjoys spending time with her significant other, Karl, riding motorcycle and visiting family.
