News & Events at APH Ribbon Cut at Virginia Auto Value Parts Store

Virginia, Minn. – May 13, 2010 – Members of the community, Automotive Parts Headquarters representatives and parts store employees attended a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Virginia Auto Value parts store on May 6th.  The event was open to the public and featured special offers, giveaway items and a free meal.

“We’re proud to officially introduce our new store to the public,” said Dan Richart, store manager.  “This is a very exciting time for all of us as we continue to grow and expand.  Moving into our new location gives us the opportunity to better serve our customers.”

Richart and his team of three full-time and four part-time employees moved into their new location on November 5th, 2009.  Since relocating, they have been busy expanding the store’s inventory of aftermarket parts, supplies and accessories.  Most notably, they’ve increased the depth of the store’s nationally branded product lines.

Aside from the larger inventory, the Virginia Auto Value parts store also increased its service offerings.  Richart and his team are now equipped to  make hydraulic hose assemblies for all types of equipment, from farm machinery, to construction equipment.  Also, they will continue to mix Sherwin Williams automotive finishes, test starters, alternators and batteries, and resurface brake drums and rotors for most vehicle applications.

Richart invites everyone to stop by and checkout the new store location.  The parts store is located at 5463 Mt. Iron Drive, Suite 200, and is open from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday, and from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Sunday.  For more information, Richart and his team can be reached at 218-741-3131.
