Hi-Line Service & Hydraulics Opens Auto Value Parts Store

APH is pleased to announce the addition of Hi-Line Service & Hydraulics to its family of independently- owned Auto Value parts stores. The new parts store will formally be known as Hi-Line Sales LLC, doing business as Auto Value – Culbertson, and complement Hi-Line Service & Hydraulics existing repair business, creating a one-stop-shop for parts and service.

Cassandra Bergum and her husband, Eric, opened Hi-Line Service & Hydraulics in 2014, soon after purchasing the facility from an oil field company. Cassandra is heavily involved in the business and will continue to oversee day-to-day operations of the repair business, while working in tandem with Mary Hauso on the parts side, who will assist with phone calls, walk-in customers and deliveries to area businesses.

Since joining the Auto Value family on June 6th, the Bergums, Hauso and APH have been busy setting the showroom and filling the stockroom with a large inventory of parts, supplies and accessories tailored to the local market. The Bergums are confident the wide breadth of products, from automotive to heavy-duty and ag, will allow their store to meet the needs of area businesses and residents.

On the service side of the business, Hi-Line Service & Hydraulics will be joining the Auto Value Certified Service Center program and its network of 3,500 independently- owned service centers across North America. As a member, the repair business will offer a 24-month/24,000-mile parts and labor warranty, roadside assistance and financing. They will also continue to specialize in automotive and truck repairs, wheel alignments, A/C service, hydraulic hose replacement, as well as complete engine or transmission replacement. Hi-Line Service & Hydraulics will remain an authorized dealer for Agri- Cover.

For hard-to-find parts, Auto Value – Culbertson will rely on APH’s overnight delivery service. APH’s distribution center, one of the largest in the Midwest, is well-known for its broad inventory of parts and supplies for everything from imports, to small engine and heavy-duty applications.
