Hallsten Named Store Manager of the Year

APH named Aaron Hallsten as the recipient of the 2020 Auto Value Store Manager of the Year award. Hallsten is the manager of the Duluth West Auto Value parts and paint stores. He was recognized during a virtual awards banquet at APH’s annual Winter Conference on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.

Each year Auto Value regional managers throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Montana, Michigan and Wyoming have the opportunity to nominate a store manager they believe deserves the award.

Hallsten was nominated by Eric Larson, regional manager for the Duluth stores. Larson commented, “Aaron is dedicated to his customers, his team at the store and his craft. All of his customers respond well to him because he knows his products and can answer the questions that are asked, and if he cannot, he’ll dig until he gets them answered. Also, he is very thorough in his follow-up and leaves nothing for tomorrow.”

Hallsten has been a part of the Auto Value team since 2009. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristen, and their son, Hudson. He also enjoys playing music in different establishments with his band.
