Getz Named Store Manager of the Year

APH named Mike Getz as the recipient of the 2022 Auto Value Store Manager of the Year award. Getz is the manager of the Auto Value parts store in Buffalo, Minnesota. He was recently recognized during an awards banquet at APH’s annual Winter Conference at the River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Each year, Auto Value regional managers across the Midwest have the opportunity to nominate a store manager they believe deserves the award.

According to Getz’s regional manager, Derek Goblirsch, “Mike does not take his team for granted and is constantly looking for new ways to make each one become even a bigger part of the mission. He drives accountability, respect and winning, which creates an awesome atmosphere to work in. Upon walking into the store, you can feel the energy and excitement of each team member. Congratulations to Mike on receiving this well-deserved award.”

Getz has been a part of the Auto Value team since 2017. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, and their daughter, Peyton, with one more on the way. He also spends his free time camping, four-wheeling and working on remodeling projects.
