Automotive Parts Headquarters Inc. Enters Four New Markets

St. Cloud, Minn. – January 19, 2012 – Automotive Parts Headquarters Inc. (APH), a St. Cloud-based aftermarket auto parts distributor and store group, recently completed the acquisitions of four parts stores. The newly acquired locations will now be known as Auto Value parts stores and bring APH’s number of company-owned stores to 77.

APH purchased two of the four stores, located in the northwestern Minnesota towns of Hallock and Karlstad, from H.E. Everson Company. The other stores, acquired from Behrens Automotive Supply Inc., are located in River Falls and Ellsworth, Wisconsin. Each of the new locations will undergo significant remodeling and remerchandising as they transform into new Auto Value parts stores.
