APH Joins Refinish Distributors Alliance

The Refinish Distributors Alliance (RDA) has added a new member, Automotive Parts Headquarters Inc. (APH).

APH has paint in approximately 100 of their stores. They have 10 PBE-dedicated stores, and they carry the Axalta and PPG lines of automotive finishes.

“We are looking forward to networking and exchanging best practices with the RDA members, who are the best, most innovative and forward-thinking distributors in the PBE industry,” said Steve Abbott, who heads the PBE division for APH.

Added RDA Executive Director Robert McKenzie Jr., “We are excited to have Automotive Parts Headquarters as part of the RDA/IMPACT group and know they are a great fit with our organization.”

RDA/IMPACT is the largest national group of refinish jobbers dedicated to providing quality services and products to their collision shops. RDA has 18 members, representing over 320 locations. Members service over 5,000 collision centers throughout the U.S. RDA represents a cross-section of all major refinish brands and does over $500 million in sales as a group, comprising around 18% of the refinish business nationwide.
