APH Expands with Acquisition of Neumiller’s GTC/Carquest and Dakota Glass & Alignment
APH is excited to announce the acquisition of Neumiller’s GTC/Carquest and the auto parts segment of Dakota Glass & Alignment in Mobridge, South Dakota, enhancing its regional presence and service offerings.
Neumiller’s GTC/Carquest has been a trusted local business since the 1950s, first under Junior Neumiller and later his son Kurt and his wife Robbi, who provided excellent service for nearly 40 years. APH is acquiring the building on Mobridge’s main street and plans to add new signage, expand the inventory and remodel the showroom to better serve the community.
Dakota Glass & Alignment, owned by Jamey and Sadie Steiger, has been an important partner since APH’s acquisition of Sturdevant’s in 2020. APH will acquire their auto parts business and merge it with the Neumiller location, while Dakota Glass & Alignment will continue as an Auto Value Certified Service Center, allowing Jamey and Sadie to focus on their other service operations.
“We’re thrilled to welcome these businesses to the APH family and look forward to continuing the strong customer relationships established by Kurt, Robbi, Jamey, and Sadie,” said Corey Bartlett, CEO of APH.
