APH Completes Acquisition and Merger of Webster Parts Store

Webster Auto Value

APH recently completed the acquisition of NAPA Auto Parts in Webster, South Dakota. As a result of the deal, the parts store’s staff and inventory were merged into APH’s existing Webster Auto Value parts store at 300 East Highway 12.

APH purchased the parts store’s assets from Nathan Johnson, owner and operator of Northland Auto Center Inc. Johnson will continue to run the vehicle dealership, service center and body shop, which were not part of the sale.

“We’re committed to providing the best auto parts buying experience in Webster,” said Corey Bartlett, president and CEO of APH. “Nathan and his team have provided a high level of service to their customers since 2000, and we’re excited to continue that tradition.”

Since the acquisition and merger, APH has been busy remodeling and remerchandising their parts store. A new counter, additional fixtures and expanded product lines were brought in to improve the overall shopability of the store. Come spring, the store’s exterior will receive a full facelift.

The Webster Auto Value team is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m until 5:30 p.m., and on Saturday, from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. They can also be reached at 605-345-3303.
