APH Acquires Eau Claire Auto Parts Inc.
APH recently completed the acquisition of Eau Claire Auto Parts Inc. (ECAPI) and its five locations. The acquisition brings APH’s total number of corporate stores to 130.
ECAPI has been serving the Chippewa Valley since 1992, and was owned and operated by Jim and Cheryl Meyers. ECAPI joined APH’s network of independently owned Auto Value parts stores in 2005. The store group operates locations in Eau Claire and Lake Hallie, Wisconsin, and employs 35 team members.
In addition to aftermarket auto parts and supplies, ECAPI also offers a full-service machine shop, industrial hydraulics service, metal fluid line fabrication, plastic media blasting and custom automotive refinishes.
“Jim and Cheryl have been outstanding customers since 2005 and their support helped justify the move to our current distribution center a year later. We wish them the best and are delighted to welcome their strong team and loyal customers to the APH family.”
