Glencoe Auto Value Moves to New Location

Glencoe, Minn. – November 22, 2011 – The Glencoe Auto Value parts store recently completed its move from 620 11th St. E. to 1225 Hennepin Ave. N.  The new location has been open for business since October 24.

“We’ve quadrupled the size of our retail showroom,” said Kris Howell, store manager.  “The extra space will allow us to expand our current offering of nationally-branded and private label products, as well as add high-demand lines such as ATV and snowplow parts.”

Since relocating, Howell and her staff of two fulltime employees have been busy organizing the expanded inventory of parts, supplies, accessories and paint located in the store’s showroom and stockroom.  Howell is confident the added inventory, coupled with midday and overnight delivery service from Automotive Parts Headquarters Inc., a St. Cloud-based aftermarket parts distributor, will allow her customers to get the parts or paint they need, right away.

A ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Glencoe location took place on Tuesday, November 22.  Members of the Glencoe Chamber of Commerce, Automotive Parts Headquarters representatives and Auto Value employees attended the event.

A grand opening celebration is scheduled for December 14.  The event will be open to the public and feature free food, beverages, specials and a chance to win a 32-inch flat screen TV.
