Betz Named Counter Sales Representative of the Year

APH named Nikkya Betz as the recipient of the 2022 Auto Value Counter Sales Representative of the Year award. Betz is a counter sales representative for the Sturdevant’s Auto Value parts store in Slayton, Minnesota. She was recently recognized during an awards banquet at APH’s annual Winter Conference at the River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Each year, Auto Value regional and store managers across the Midwest have the opportunity to nominate a counter sales representative they believe deserves the award.

According to Betz’s store manager, TJ Gertsema, “Nikkya has a special passion to help the customer and will stop at nothing to achieve that. She also possesses the ability to see the opportunity in every challenge. We’re very proud of Nikkya and would like to once again congratulate her on receiving this well-earned award.”

Betz has been a part of the Sturdevant’s Auto Value team since 2012.

When not behind the counter, Betz enjoys spending time with her husband, Aaron, and their children, Alexander and Krystyna. She is also very active at the Murray County Speedway, both as a driver and manager, and as an EMT for the Murray County Ambulance.
