Auto Value Donates $10,000 to the Miracle League of Central Minnesota

St. Cloud, Minn. – November 9, 2010 – On September 8, John Bartlett, CEO of Automotive Parts Headquarters, and Corey Bartlett, president of Automotive Parts Headquarters, presented Brad Barz, president of the Miracle League of Central Minnesota, with a $10,000 check on behalf of Auto Value parts stores.  The money will be used to cover a portion of the construction expenses for The Miracle Field.

“We’re proud to help make this new field a reality,” Corey Bartlett commented.  “Every child should be able to experience the joy of playing baseball.  The Central Minnesota Miracle League Field will enable all kids, regardless of their physical challenges, to enjoy the game.”

The Miracle Field, located at Whitney Park in St. Cloud, is under construction and scheduled to be completed by spring of 2011.  The field is uniquely designed with a flat-rubberized surface that will provide children with mobility issues the ability to move about easier, and more safely, while playing.  Upon its completion, an estimated 7,000 local kids will benefit from this new facility.
