APH is excited to welcome Owens Interstate Sales as the newest member of its network of independently-owned stores. Located in Sturgis, South Dakota, and owned by Chad Owens, this well-established parts store is now proudly operating under the Auto Value banner.

Since its founding in 1939 by Garrett Owens as a filling station and repair garage, Owens Interstate Sales has been a cornerstone of the community. Over the decades, the business has evolved, serving various roles including a salvage yard, car dealership and appliance store. It affiliated with Big A Auto Parts in 1968 and transitioned to the Carquest program 31 years later. Chad Owens, a fourth-generation owner, has been actively involved in the business since 1998.
