APH Acquires Jack McClard & Associates

APH is pleased to announce the acquisition of Jack McClard & Associates (JMC), a leading automotive equipment sales and service business located in Hopkins, Minnesota. The newly acquired location will become an integral part of APH’s BENCO Equipment division and its plans for future growth and market expansion.

JMC, owned and operated by Dave and Jan Fischer, has been in business since 1972. The Fischers have been the sole proprietors of the business since 1993 and, along with the help of seven full-time employees, have grown the business into one of the largest and most well-respected automotive equipment distributors in the Upper Midwest.

In the coming months, APH plans to merge its BENCO Equipment location in Shakopee, Minnesota, with JMC to better serve the Twin Cities and its surrounding markets.
